Ginza Clinic consultation hours

For the patients and treatment menus listed below, consultations begin at 12:00 on weekdays and at 11:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Payment methods at the clinic

●Credit card

The credit cards we accept are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.
Note: Metal cards (titanium and similar) cannot be used.

●Electronic payment

The electronic payment methods we accept are PayPay and Alipay.

●Cash

Information about visiting the clinic

So that we can provide safe, high-quality medical care to every patient, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the clinic rules below.

■The waiting area in front of reception is reserved for patients receiving treatment.

  • Anyone other than the patient (family, friends and so on) may not use it.
  • We ask everyone other than the patient to wait outside. (For medical safety, patients who need an interpreter or assistance may have one companion in the waiting area.)

■If you would like to wait at the clinic, a private room is available.

  • Use of the room costs JPY 1,650 (tax included).
  • The room accommodates up to three people in total, including the patient receiving the IV drip.
  • Depending on bookings, we may not be able to offer the room.

■Please set your phone to silent mode and refrain from taking calls.

  • Please stay quiet in the waiting area and the IV drip room. Watching videos and sending or playing voice messages also disturbs other patients, so please refrain from doing so.

■Eating and drinking inside the clinic is not permitted (except for the candy and water we provide).


■Smoking is prohibited throughout the clinic, including the restrooms.
