Clinic Rules

So that we can provide safe, high-quality medical care to every patient, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the clinic rules below.

  1. 01

The waiting area in front of reception is reserved for patients receiving treatment.

    • Anyone other than the patient (family, friends and so on) may not use it.
    • We ask everyone other than the patient to wait outside. (For medical safety, patients who need an interpreter or assistance may have one companion in the waiting area.)
  2. 02

If you would like to wait at the clinic, a private room is available.

    • Use of the room costs JPY 1,650 (tax included).
    • The room accommodates up to three people in total, including the patient receiving the IV drip.
    • Depending on bookings, we may not be able to offer the room.
  3. 03

Please set your phone to silent mode and refrain from taking calls.

Please stay quiet in the waiting area and the IV drip room. Watching videos and sending or playing voice messages also disturbs other patients, so please refrain from doing so.

  4. 04

Eating and drinking inside the clinic is not permitted (except for the candy and water we provide).

  5. 05

Smoking is prohibited throughout the clinic, including the restrooms.
