Visit Guide for International Patients

How Your Visit Works

    Book in advance

    Please book online and select your preferred treatment, date, and time.

  2. 02

    Arrive at the clinic

    Please come at your booked date and time. Our staff will conduct a consultation and confirm your preferred treatment.

  3. 03

    Examination and treatment

    You will be examined in person by a physician. Treatment will be provided once your treatment plan has been confirmed.

  4. 04

    Payment

    After your treatment, please pay at the reception desk.

Cancellations and Late Arrival

A cancellation fee applies under the policy below.

* A no-show on the day, or arriving more than 10 minutes late, is also treated as a cancellation, and a cancellation fee of JPY 3,300 (tax included) will be charged.

You can cancel from My Page after logging in to the booking site. If you are unable to cancel online, please contact our booking desk by phone.

Clinic Rules

To help us provide safe, high-quality care for all patients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the clinic guidelines below.

  1. 01

    The waiting area in front of reception is reserved for patients receiving treatment.

    • The waiting area is reserved for patients only. Family members, friends, and other visitors are kindly asked to wait outside the clinic.
    • We ask everyone other than the patient to wait outside. (For medical safety, patients who need an interpreter or assistance may have one companion in the waiting area.)
  2. 02

    Private rooms are available for patients and accompanying patients who wish to wait comfortably at the clinic.

    • Use of the room costs JPY 1,650 (tax included).
    • The room accommodates up to three people in total, including the patient receiving the IV drip.
    • Depending on bookings, we may not be able to offer the room.
  3. 03

    Please set your phone to silent mode and refrain from taking calls.

    Please keep noise to a minimum in the waiting area and treatment rooms. Watching videos with sound or sending and listening to voice messages may disturb other patients and should be avoided.

  4. 04

    Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the clinic, except for water and refreshments provided by the clinic.

  5. 05

    Smoking is prohibited throughout the clinic, including the restrooms.
